To record a workout, you must select the workout function on your watch, by pressing several times the 3 o’clock pusher, until you reach it (“WKT”).
With the 4 o’clock pusher, you can select the type of workout: workout, run, walk, Nordic walk, treadmill.
Starting / stopping the record of a workout works like the chrono function. Start / Stop with 2 o’clock pusher. When it is finished, reset it with the 4 o’clock pusher.
After synch, the workout details will be visible in app within the activity page.
